Today was one of the most pleasant dats I've enjoyed in a good while. You sent Spephen Prewitt to my home to do some electrical work. He was an absolute joy. He arrived on time, he was friendly and courteous and he won this retired school principal's heart. I taught a few kids like he is, and I'll always remember them. He is efficient, unobtrusive, polite, and posesses all of the qualities you expect of a guest in your home. Should I need further electrical help, I'll be sure to keep your card on top (only if you send Stephen)!

Dear Mr. Antos and Mr. Robison,

I wanted to send you a hand-written thank you note to let you know how much I appreciate your company's great service and especially the great work of your employee, Len. He did an excellent job. He explained all the work he was doing and why. He gave me options as to how much work I could have done. I ended up spending much more than I had planned, but I felt confident after talking with Len that it was the right choice. Len worked REALLY hard all day out in a hot garage! He was SO courteous the whole day. I really felt bad for Len! He came into my home and it was a TOTAL disaster! It looked like something off one of those reality shows like "Clean House," the BEFORE images! I have been ill for some time and didn't even realize how sick I was until I was taken to the hospital by my husband and daughter and almost died! I had severe anemia and some other things contributed to the severity of it. My family had noticed how weak and tired I had become - therefore the house really went DOWHILL big time! Len was so kind and didn't RUN out of the house when he saw how messy things had become. I was so very embarrassed as I have always been known to my friends as the "Martha Stewart" type. Len was so kind. I am sure he has never seen anything quite that messy before! Even though I was SO embarrassed, Len did not make me feel SO awful. I told him I'm sure we will have some more work to be done and hopefully the house will be back to normanl by that time. I'm sure he NEVER wants to see that mess again! I just wanted you both to know how great your employee, Len, is. I would not hesitate to recommend your company and Len to anyone I know. Thank you again for a job well done!

I had an outstanding customer service experience thanks to one of your associates, Thomas Wilson. He was extremely personable, professional and knowledgeable. Thomas had a great attitude and explained things thoroughly. He really went the extra mile.

I was so impressed with his service that I called my daughter, who’s a realtor, and my next door neighbor, who owns a home design business, and asked them to come over. It gave them the opportunity to meet Thomas and discuss any future electrical needs they or their clients may have. The referrals should start coming in soon.

I had Joe out about a month ago and he was the consummate pro. I thought, great, they have some good employees. Now I’ve had Josh out and he also was a real joy to have working on my house. I had major electrical work done. The two young men you sent to do the work were exceptional. They took the time to explain just what they were doing in detail. My son says that is a major ordeal just by itself. They worked late so I would not have to take off again. They clean up the area great, which I know was hard because it was late and dark.

I recently had Steve and Ty from Milestone Electric come to my house and fix a problem. They saved the day! It was Friday and we were having a huge party. The power went out and I could not figure out how to fix it. We called Milestone Electric. Steve and Ty arrived immediately! They were courteous and very professional.
